The Career Development: Mentoring Your Attitude program equips students ages 13–19 with the skills, confidence, and hands‑on experience they need to thrive in the workforce.
This workforce‑readiness initiative teaches students how to apply soft skills—such as communication, teamwork, professionalism, and problem‑solving—into their daily school life and future career paths.
